    Default Honda BF115A how much oil?

    I've got a 2002 Honda 115hp engine and I could not find my owners manual. Anyhow under the cover it reads 5.9 qts. I belive it is more when you change the filter? If anyone could read their BF115A or BF130A manual and give me the info it would help.

    5.9 qts without the oil filter. 6.9 qts with the filter.

    Thanks for the info! I down loaded a copy to the HD, I'll find my printed manual during hunting season when looking for one for a gun. Anyhow I replaced the fuel/wtr/sep filter and up-graded the sonar from grey to color.
