Stupid Computer Question

I need to redo my laptop from scratch ,anyone know how to save all bookmarks or Favorites
?I don't want to lose them.

If you are talking about favorites in Internet Explorer it is easy.

Go to the file tab, then select import and export.
Now select export to a file.
click next.
select what you want to export - favorites/cookies/feeds.
The favorites folder will be highlighted by default.
click next.
The next default will transfer your favorites to "My Documents".
Select Export.
Now the file containing all your favorites etc. will be in "My Documents".
Copy the files/folders onto a disk and save for after the fresh install.
After the new install, copy the files to "My Documents" and reverse the process by selecting the same path as before, but now you will be importing.
