All I heard today at WAF Sandy Point was how well everything went and how cool all the prizes/photos were.

I know seems like a lot of hard work for one day but it sure shows in the smiles of the kids and their families .

I did not get to speak to each family but did say Hi to most. Every family said how well the entire staff works together.

Heard the same from the boat captains and even DNR officers .

I can not thank you all enough for all the hard work and dedication given so freely each year. WAF has really grown - we will be pressed to top 2009 but I bet some new ideas will surface.

Let's take a break and well deserved rest until September. Thanks one more time for a job well done .

What a day indeed....you're all a good, fun bunch to hang around and work with...


If anything comes up with any make up WAF days or solo trips holler...I'm up for going out or taking a family out. I know we had two families cancel...but if you hear of anyone that couldn't do it becasue of the timing or other reasons I'm there.
