AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE...THIS IS HOW YOU RUN AND TREAT A CUSTOMER...!!

I HAD TO PICK UP A PROP YESTERDAY AM FOR MY PORT ENGINE...WELL WAS INA RUSH GOT DOWN THERE PICKED UP THE PROP AND RUSHED HOME TO GET IT ON THEN OFF TO COBIA FISH ..WELL GET THE RIG IN AT LESNER CITY RAMP..PUT IN GEAR TO REVERSE AND WERE NOT GOING ANYWHERE..LOL..STARTING TO SPIN A LITTLE...AND IT HIT NEW EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPEN...I PICKED UP A THE WRONG ROTATION ..LOL..SO I CALL MURPHY'S AT 12:PM THEY (CLOSE AT 12:30)...TELL THEM WHAT HAD HAPPEN...AND WHERE I WAS AND INSTEAD OF ME HAVING TO GO GET HE SENDS HIS GIRL DOWN WITH THE CORRECT PROP AND TOOLS TO CHANGE IT...THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME..!!

Well, how did you make out on the cobes??? Murphy's did an excellent job on my props after the guy I bought the boat from had ground them down with an angle grinder. He also drilled the props out when I switched from Mercs to E-Tec's so they would fit the new engines. Good folks and resonable too. Martin

I agree --- These guys do what they say and deliver what they promise. They did my props (polished, tuned and balanced them) a few years ago and actually had them back to me 2 days earlier then promised! They even stamped my last name into the outer hub.

Jimmy I was sold on them when they let you walk with the prop before I called in the payment but that is awesome. I used to split my business between them and another shop now they'll get all my business.
