    Default Circle Hook Only Tournament???

    I am aware that IGFA rules apply to this tournament, but I am unclear as to whether this is a circle hook only tournament. Anyone have an answer? Thanks, and good luck to all this weekend (hopefully that hot bite in NC will make it's way to the E.Shore!!)

    As far as I know, yes. Last year they said that under federal law (NMFS?), you are not allowed to use anything EXCEPT circle hooks in any billfish tournament...
