how does everyone like their cobia? i have a freezer full and ready to cook some, whats some good ways and recipes?
Not sure if it is the best way but is very good,quick and easy. Place cobia fillets without skin or bloodline in a foil pouch.Pour in some chicken stock(Swanson in a can), lemon pepper spice and few slices of Vidallia onion on top.Seal it up place on grill for 15 minutes+-until fish will easily flake apart.You can add other veggies if you wish.Quick meal on the grill with no clean up required.Enjoy!!
