Default Make em like a Rumaki !

    Breast out the birds.
Marinate in a Terriaki with some black pepper (I like Mr Yoshida's)
Put a water chestnut under the breastbone.
Wrap in bacon, secure with toothpicks.
    Grill until Medium Rare.
Prepare to fight off the neighbors.

Believe it or not. I fillet the breast meat off. Then I marinated them. Start by coating them with Soy Sauce, dust with Red Pepper, Black pepper and some Greek Seasoning. Then make a marinated with Fresh Chopped Garlic, Little Bit of Red Wine, Some Olive Oil and either Creamy Italian Dressing or Zesty Italian Dressing. Let it Marinate for 24 hours. Then take two (2) pieces of breast together and wrap with a pc. of Hickory Bacon and tooth picks to hold. Cook on a charcoal grill to desired taste (medium rare to medium well)..... Or you can do the same with them and make Shish Kabobs with the above and pcs. of Red and Green Peppers, Vidalia Onions (pcs) and New Potatoes...... Both are great!

Know as Dove Poppers! Great for parties and for those people that hate wild game. They never know what they are eating.

Also works on Duck and Goose Breast......But cut into chunks......

    Default Dove breasts

I usually fillet the breasts soak them in salt water for about 3 hrs then soak them in worchester sauce an hr.sprinkle with salt pepper and wrap a piece of bacon around them and grill them. My grand kids call them dove nuggets.

i like to marinated mine with a little zesty italian plus some salt and pepper. Always marinate to your taste. Let it sit for an hour or so. Cook bacon down the way you like it. Add in a onion after you have removed the bacon and cook until almost done. Throw in the de-boned dove cook to medium or medium rare with onions. Heat up a tortilla and throw on the bacon, dove, cooked onions and whatever else you like on a good taco of sorts and go to town. Its fast easy and ureal. My favorite touch at the end is to add in a little hot teriyake sauce and crispy cole slaw...use the stuff out of the bag if you want.

This is great for ducks, but I slice them before I thrown them on the skillet. let me know what you thinks. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, the 4 months old is not happy so I'm in a hurry
