Crabfest signup

Please use this thread for menu discussion and signup for the crabfest also any suggestions or helpful hints would be appreciated. either reply here or send me a Bmail.

Please let me know how many and what you are bringing & I will update the list
condiments & tableware will be provided
This will be a pitch in affair. It is also BYOB ,,,Beer & sodas

You can either send me a Bmail or reply here.

We are also looking for a few helpers to man some key positions, in the past these positions have been filled by one person for the duration of the day, and the result was they got very little time to mingle with the other guests
we need
DOORMAN:(this job was previously done by Polecat (Jerry) & Mrs Polecat (Mary)for the entire day but we are looking for some volunteers to Share the duties for( part of the day) so he can get some time to relax
COOKS:this job was very well done by Hawg Scald'r & Normag & John Brunozzi & Burchbeer in the past but they could use some assistance or releif ,,no experience necessary just need to watch the grill for a while
CLEANUP we can use some cleanup volunteers

Suggested Menu items include,
Crabs--we need some of these
burgers& rolls,dogs, sausages & rolls or anything for the grill!
Salads,--Macaroni, Potatoe, Etc
Appetizers, (there was some real good ones last year)
DESERTS!! oh yeah!!
