Gunpowder late report(tue)
Out of Dundee Creek in my chosen spot at 6:55 AM,sunrise at 7:07AM,2nd boat on location.Waited till 7:40AM to put my gear in the water (16 traps),by then I was box in everyone was dropping in before legal time.ARGGGG
!!!.In by 11:45 Am,little over a half a bushel.All crabs were big and heavy caught only one female.This is the time>LOVE OCTOBER. Be safe.

One of my neighbors told me he was one of those "early birds" this week and came home with a ticket for $125. He admitted his mistake to the fish cop but he was told there have been soooo many complaints they are stepping up their patrols.
...we don't want to rush into anything now that it's October!
