anywhere from the norfolk to the 150 for swords would be my choice along the 150-450fa lines. nice cold water break and probably will have long lines up and down the whole thing.

Latest SST. When the cold Labrador hits the stream, it is still creating some interesting dynamics. Back in June 09, we caught all those BLT YFT in 65 degree water.

Casey theres longline gear EVERYWHERE up here. Hard to catch a swordfish when theres 30000 hooks scattered over 30 square miles. From what I hear the sharks are also thick as thieves. Luckily my trips this weekend are: half day stripers saturday pm, deep drop/sharks sun, deep deep drop mon. dont matter where the breaks are for any of that.

Jake, We have done well this time of year in and around the long liners. Espically daytime fishing just make sure your drifts are no over the long lines. If there not there, most cases the fish haven't been there. This is just an observation that we have noted over the past three years. In a lot of cases, they are overboard or way inside and there is plenty of room to fish in between, just have to keep and eye out for them. We have hung them twice, but both days we ended up catch fish around them. When we had that night a few years back with five fish we were drifting inbetween longline sets, but they were spaced pretty far apart. Knock on wood, we have not hooked a shark fishing daytime from the 900 north yet. and none at night, but we are not chunking while sword fishing.
