That sounds like an excellent day. Way to go!
This is a copy from the main board, if any of you guys are going to get down south and want more details, shoot me a bmail.
I had a great day today with my dad and friend Mary on pop's Grady. Got all 20 rods out first thing then a rod goes down hard, I drew the ace this morning and after a good fight a big fish is laying on the deck. It went 42" and 30lbs. Hit a chart umbrella out 85' and 20 oz.
Made another East - West Pass and another rod goes off, its an umbrella out 165' with 12 oz and a pink shad. After a nice battle Mary brought a 38"er to the boat. It was 20.5lbs.
Then we had a lull in the action and were tediously getting the grass off the lines. Then the bordom was broken when a planer rod went off on the tandem side soon followed by another one. Me and my dad had our hands full as both fish decided to go to the other side, but miraculously we both got our fish in without any other lines getting involved. They could have been twins, one 41" and one 42" and fat. Once came on Purple the other on white.
After the fire drill we got everything else out and not to much longer another planer rod from the tandem side was singing. Mary was up again and had her hands full. We got a belt on her and she masterfully boated a fat 43"er.
So we ended the day with a 38", 41", 2 42", and a 43". Not a bad stringer. All fish not kept for the table were not landed with a net or weighted and only got a quick picture, measurement then released.
That sounds like an excellent day. Way to go!

That's right I caught the biggest one of them all!!!
Her mouth is bigger than the fishes mouth.
