    Default Cedar Plank Rockfish

    This recipe is easy, quick and delicious.
    Soak the plank in water for 1/2 hour. Rub some olive oil on top of plank to prevent fish from sticking.
    Preheat grille to medium with lid down.
    Lay fish on top of plank. put a few sprigs of fresh herbs under and on top. I used dill.
    Put a couple dabs of butter on top of that followed by a few slices of lemon, salt and pepper.

    Place the plank in the center of grille and close the lid. Let cook for 15 minutes before checking. The thicker the fish, the longer it takes to cook.

    The finished product;

    And served. I steamed spar grass, roasted potatoes and got fresh Itally bread. Enjoy.............

    I got mine at Wegmans in the fish department but they were expensive(2 for $10). I'm gona get more but I'm gona find them online somewheres unless I can get them locally. I would think a BBQ or Kitchen store should have them.
