Eminent Brothers,
I was impressed with the UWV reps at Bludworm's HS College Night. They actually gave me the Dean of Engineering's e-mail and phone number to arrange for a tour of the engineering school. They also have a good retention program for freshmen who may not be ready to be thrown to the lions like we were at the good old UofM. The out of state tuition is lower then VaTech, where My Lovely Bride is an alum. Bludworm had adopted the UWV in the Final 4 and hopes they beat Duke, who by deffinition all Terp's must HATE

I'd encourage you and Bludworm to take several college tours. Nothing like seeing a place yourself. A close friend was at the U. of South Carolina over the weekend with his daughter and they loved it. He had one set of expectations going in (being an Auburn alum) but he couldn't stop raving about the place today.

I know several folks whose kids are at WVU and they really like it. Plus you can't believe what HP says as he picked Kentucky over WVU this weekend

Being a proud alum, I'm naturally biased. Make the drive, check out Frostburg on the way (if the snow has melted). Enjoy.
