I've seen a few of the posts around the site, and it seems like everyone is excited to hear of a place for sale to hunt or fish. I work for a community bank in Southside Va and have a client who has a piece of property for sale 120 acres of planted pines on a private watershed that has some huge fish in it. on a private watershed? a watershed is where/how water drains to a specific point. you must be referring to a pond?
