Well we had a great weekend at Kerr Lake on Saturday we went jiggin found a big school of fish (Some where between ivy Hill and Goat Island Not going to say where) But we got on them and had a ball we caught around 30 out of the one school and only kept 2 released all the rest with no floaters But I caught one that was 17lbs and 9 ozs SO this tells me that the 26" rule is working, the fish was 33 and 1/4" Long and very fat and NO i mean NO copepods in its mouth that was good to see. I tried adding a picture of the fish on the scales but its too large and will not take it

Congats on the nice fish Quadzilla, I remember one morning several years ago catching three 17 pounders back to back right off goat island. Thanks for the report and sharing the info, oh how nice it would be if we could catch fish like that on a regular basis out of Kerr.
