TF Hunt club

With so many posts going up about hunt clubs, why don't we start one of our own. A TF hunt club.
Obviously the biggest part of it is finding the property but I'm sure someone out there knows someone with property or knows of property which maybe they couldn't afford themselves but with a dozen TF guys could easily make it happen.
What say you????

i'LL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY AN ANNUAL FEE IF THE LAND ISN'T TO FAR OF A DRIVE FROM THE VA BEACH AREA. i CAME ACROSS SOME LAND IN SUFFOLK IN THE FALL 134 ACRES OR CLEARED LAND NEAR BLACKWATER FOR $119K WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT FOR THE AMOUNT OF LAND AND HUNTING. I WORK WITH ABOUT 30 REALTORS AND ALSO CAN DO THE FINANCING IF SOMEONE IS INTERESTED IN FINANCING ALSO.

Hey I'd like to get involved with something of the sort as long as everyone has similar feelings on QDM and whatnot. I live in Annapolis and would love to find somewhere on the mid-shore. Keep me posted.

Keep me in mind too. I will be moving to Berlin in two years and am starting now to find a location to hunt on the lower shore. I don't mind driving at all. I fish out of Gootee's all the time so Blackwater is ideal.
