So my wife and I were watching food network the other night when Emeril came on. He did a show dedicated to Hunters Hunters Paradise he called it. Venison stew, wild Duck breast, Wild Hog, etc.

Way to go Emeril putting that on a mainstream cooking show based in NYC. Glad to see someone doing that. He invited some ranch owners from Texas and Montgomery Gentry for the live music. Oh i t was pretty good.

He explained how delicious all of the meat was and that some New Yorkers would not understand this. Top notch show.
