    Default aquatic vegetation??

I hunt a lot of flooded beaver swamps out in southampton county. I would like to go in sometime this summer when it dries out and clear some holes, and maybe plant something. Just curious if anyone has any experience with this/recommendations...there is still water in there most summers (not last summer though!). I have heard that biologic has a sort of rice that can deal with a little bit of water. Hope everyone had a decent season despite the weather...Thanks

i would recommend getting a free nursery catalog from environmental concerns, inc. based in St. Michael's, MD. the catalog has all native plants with sun/shade tolerances and depth of water to plant in along with salinity tolerances and bunch of other things. website is www.wetland.org But go with something that has year round wildlife value.
