    Technically, I guess it isn't open. There were 4 orange pilons blocking the ramp, but one guy launched his cat sailboat and ran around in it. Nothing else is blocking the access.
    There were still some scraps and leftover bolts etc there. I suspect work isn't totally done, and they' re waiting on a final inspection from the State, but can you get a boat in....

    State is probably waiting on a photo op, but I figure the best photo op would be if the parking lot was full. Might show them how badly the ramp was missed.

    p.s. Dave, Cin was talking about a party this weekend.
