It’s been about 30 years since I have been crabbing except for bait but I decided to give it a try. I headed out with my oldest and my youngest trying to get a few hours in before the weather rolled in this afternoon. Well the weather met us as we pulled the boat into the area we were going to crab the lightning started. We pulled the boat into the bank to wait it out. Two and a half hours later we set our traps (10) and got started. We crabbed for about two hours and ended the trip with about a half bushel of crabs. I don’t know if that’s good poor or average but we were pleased.
