Down river to waterview #10 old #9 area to the red barns would be a good start for croaks, spot and an occassional stiffback. Catfish if it rains hard the day before you go. Dinner and fun, not a bad start anyway. If you want some stripers or trout I'm sure some of the other guys on the baord will chime in -- I'm still learning. Check with the folks at Garrets and around the dock too for the straight poop. Good Luck!
The fish I spoke of want bloodworms mostly and are moving from 12' to 15' feet on rough bottoms currently.

I fished last night in the Rapp. I put in at the public ramp near White Hardware. (u can get bait there) If lot is full pay Jim in the hardware store $5 and you can park at the Moose lodge. (less expense than Garrett $15). I fished near the sunken barge just SE off the creek mouth. All channel cats. I moved down river to bouy 24 and anchored on the oyster bar in about 12'. We caught 16 croakers in about 3 hours ranging 12-18". They seemed to be moving through in small pods. Good luck!
