Woody,
What size spinnerbait were you using? Must have been pretty cool seeing that fat rock chase it.

I went fishing today to field test my new striper spinner bait and the tide was all the way out and still going out at 8:00AM.The wind was 10 to 15 and raining ,so I left from Smith's Marina at Brown's Creek and went to Hopkin's Creek. I wanted to see if my new spinner bait would catch fish and I found out it was hot on big perch and stipers.I caught a 13" white perch and a 11 1/2. Then I went to Maynadler Creek were I caught a 16" and a 17"striper and just miss a 30" that followed the spinner bait out from under the pier.I couldn't go out of the creek because of the wind maybe this week I will get to test it more.So if you want to go fishing with me only on the weekdays leave me a private message and we will talk and go.So good luck and GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS...........WOODY
Rod here's another perch for the leaderboard entry a 13" P.S. I let the perch go after the picture

It was a 3/8oz popeye feather jig with a 3/0 hook and a 2" willow blade and you can change the jig to a 1oz bucktail for trolling.....................woody
