    Default Spread for Blackfins

I am fairly comfortable with my spread for Yellowfins , basic blue and white seawitches over ballyhoo and maybe an Islander or two but what do I need for blackfins ? Looks like at the moment they are more readily available out of OI than yellows right now. Thanks for any help.

A mate on a Hatteras Charter boat told me to swap out a few rods with some little 6-9" green machines, 2 of witch he ran behind small boone bird teasers and he went to more green and yellow, and green and white witches. You might also want to run a Drone spoon on a planer (bridle rigged) if you are running one. From what I understand they will hit the other colors/stuff too so you don't have to change out everything.

i am a mate in hatteras and we have been catching as many as we want. our most productive rigs are big chart. boone birds with a 9" green machine 6' behind it. we also put small playaction birds on our long riggers with small green machines. its very important that you rig the machines with the red tri-beads
