Ive been looking at your build for a while now. I have to say it looks great man!! Keep it up, and i cant wait to see a pic of the first fish!!

Can't wait to catch my first fish on it as well. Here's a pic of the latest progress, I've been using the planer to get the shape just right on the sheer.

Hi Jim, It is multiple laminations of Douglas Fir on the sheer and the chine.

It's getting there. Looks good. Thanks for the updates. Bet the first warm spring days will speed things up. We got power to our workshop yesterday so my first build is right around the corner.

Made a little more progress tonight - some incredibly tough bends on the Okume.
