    Default v boards

    What kind of wood did you use for the 1 x 1 ????

    I have a bunch of 12 ft 2x4 that I could rip and cut to 36 inches.

    Do you think that would be to heavy or still float ok. I want a bunch for my new Boston Whaler wagon.

    FYI - I've had geese flare on V-boards on nice days. In low light and on nasty days it doesn't seem to be a problem, but I personally prefer floaters over v-boards. For diver ducks, it probably doesn't matter as much.
