    Cool One more crappie angler here

    Alright! A forum just for us crappie guys, um, what's a perch? Just kiddin' - they eat good too, just not as good as a nice, thick slab of "soc-a-lait" !
    I'll be posting in here often I suppose - the fishing down here in Alabama is slow right now, ( we had 2+ inches of rain Thursday - lakes are like chocalate milk)but not for long!

    Smiths Station, which is just across the river from Fort Benning, Ga. I fish the Chatahoochee River and it's lakes, mainly Lake Oliver, Lake Hardin and Eufala. But this spring I'll be venturing out to some bigger/better lakes for crappie and bass. I really want to fish the north Alabama lakes, like Guntersville and Lake Weiss, which they call the crappie capital of the world. I just hate fishing in a crowd, if you know what I mean.
