Water temp has dropped 5-7˚ in the past 2 weeks at windmill pt- that probably has a lot to do with it, but who really knows?

I'm not by any means trying to take credit for this theory. I heard somewhere here or the docks but I'd bet here somewhere.......
Croaker are "late" again (Potomac and tribs).......what do you guys think about this? The BIG Rocks are hanging around longer and a trophy rock doesn't have a problem eating a 14" croaker so the croaker don't move up the potomac until the Monsters are gone......Awful strange the last Big rocks were caught a few days ago and all of a sudden the Croaker have turned ON!......and if you guys are gonna bash me and say I don't know nothing...lol.....I knew that BEFORE I paid my grandmom to type this for me! [grin]

With continuing dry weather and temps in the 80's by Thursday, look for that drop to be turned around real quick.
I can't wait for the croakers. Nothing finer tasting
Classic Trade
My striper reports were so lengthy that I didn't mention bottom fish, but we did catch three nice croaker, some perch and one spot in the Nomini on bloodworms. I'd guess there are some at Coles point area too but it was too rough to drift for very long there on Sat afternoon.
Plenty of Croaker in the Rapp! Been here 2-3 weeks!
Croaker are in the Wicomico so I'd think they would be at Cole's Point...Go get em' guys [excited]
Tony
Antman, is your home port one of the marinas around Cobb Island or Tall Timbers? If so we are just across in the Nomini.
