    I caught a 2 pounder at the fourth island on Sunday 5/21 and had several others chop up my soft plastics but I haven't heard of any further up the bay.

    Default Blues?

    There is a croaker report on the Md. board that said 2-3 lb blues were mixed in with nice 16-17" croaks at 72 in the bay. 72 is reachable from Smith Point or Lewisetta area.
