    What color combination do you like best on parachutes during trophy season.

    I mix up some wild color combos - seems each year one really is hot.
    Not sure why but it often is only hot that season.

    Chartruese parachute with a bright yellow shad was hot in 2005.

    2006 - White and white. Basic but caught very well.

    2007 - Chart with a blue back / clear sparkle shad.

    2008- Chart / white or white / chart. They like the two colors mixed.

    2009 - white with a purple sparkle shad or chart with a pearl shad.

    White mylar flash and glow green shad.

    2010 - Few fish to find any pattern - sparkle parachutes did best. Pearl shads ended up on a lot of my rigs but green glow got a few as well.
    What could be more mundane than dying of old age or of natural causes when there is death by misadventure to be pursued ? Skip
