    Default Saniflo toilets?

Anyone ever installed one or have one in their home? Want to install a half bath in the basement and trying to avoid jackhammering the floor.

I'm a 3rd generation plmbr. in northern va. We have never installed the toilet but they used have the pump system, wich we connected to a big jacuzzi type tub on the far side of basment, customer looking for a cheaper way insted of bustin concrete all the way across basment, that worked fine. Saw a demo. at the supply house, not highly impressed. A few plmbr. friends installed toilet, few months later went back and busted up concrete, there customers were not impressed. The supply house we use, J&H Atchisons in Falls Church Va., doesnt carry it anymore. I think! Hope that helps. Good Luck!!!!

Your other option would be to raise the floor where the toilet sits and run the pipe underneath it if you are near a main. A pump up toilet is OK if it is a once in a while toilet and not every day use. I guess it just depends on how far of a run you need to bust concrete as to what you decide..............Gary
