Shark tooth island - how do I get a pass?

Some time ago someone posted a name address for the owners of the private island near Nomini Creek. Would like to go there some time but want to be legit and proper about it. Could someone point me to the thread with name address, how to, etc? I can't find it. thanks.

The info below was found on the PRAC board ref Shark Tooth island.

"The new fee is $125 for the season. Call The Foxwells (Melvin and Edith: Family that owns the island) tel# is 804-472-3416. They will send u a form, fill it out and send them the money and they will send you the permit. Hope this helps."
