Zimmerman Marine up in Gloucester would do a great job, but I don't know their calendar.
I have a 32x10 deadrise that I am converting it to more of a picnic boat/fishing capable family cruiser (we have 5 little kids). It has a great overall layout for it, but at the moment it has a very small pilothouse up front. At a minimum, I would like to get a fiberglass top that replaces the pilot house roof and extends back over the boat - I can get exact dimensions, but approximately 16x9. And then extend the sides so that it created a larger sheltered area that is open at the back (think poor man's Hinckley). If it was within reach, I would not mind exploring a new structure that replaces the old pilothouse.
Cost is important, but I am really looking for quality construction and the ability to jump on the project and actually finish it. It can't go to someone's back yard and months roll by (as I am sure many of us have experienced). I am also not looking for the workboat style canopy where its a rough fiberglass shell on wood supports. That would work, but I want a more finished look. Any suggestions or places to call would be much appreciated.

Terry Daisy over on Tilman Island has done a lot of work like that. He has done glass work for me in the past and I have always been pleased.
Broad Creek Marine in Easton is good.
