East Coast Cobia

Where is the best place to catch cobia on the East Coast? I recently got into cobia fishing on the gulf coast, but heard it's better on the east coast. Any tips?

Make sure you go during the week,,,the river is full of boats on the weekend...................

Destin,Fl ranks way up there,not really east coast i guess but cobia central for sure

Southern Chesapeake bay from beginning of june thru mid september plenty of fish. Can catch up to 15-20 a day in august. I would say the chesapeake bay is the cobia capital in my opinion.
