just wondering if anyone is catching much. its a 2 and a half hour ride for me, so im just wondering if its worth going down for a day or weekend here soon to try and get some fishing in. any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i am the worlds most unlucky surf fisherman so i'm a terrible source. However, they are pulling alot of nice fish out of the surf on the VA side. It's the only thing that keeps me coming back for more........seeing others with nice fish from the beach

Yes they are catching at AI....a few kings, drum, smoothies and sand tigers, as well as the standard striper run up the beach. If you got the gear and the time, do it. Lots of fun!
