I am trying to get my ex to pay "hers" she hasn't paid a dime in years, been in court 8 times and nothing. Now if it were reversed...ok, done with my soapbox. Call the 800 number for DCSS they will tell you what to do, the case worker should be able to stop it right there. They will leve the case worker a message to contact you in 15 days-they never do. You will then have to call back and tell them you still have not been contacted, that is when you will get your call, 3 days after that. That is where you need to start.

Can't help you, though are you sure you're obligation to her is over? Maybe it's different between states, but I thought it was 21 if a child wanted to go to college? Never been in that situation, so don't really know, but friends and family members have, and that's the impression I've been left with.

18 in MD, 21 in DC. Don't know of Va. College is only due IF it was agreed to during any of your proceedings.

So how did it work out?
