    Army Veteran Needs Fishing Help
I am a veteran 1969 - 1972, my son also a 9 year Vet just getting out of the army and a Iraq vet. The week of July 9th - 16th we will be staying in Colington Harbor N.C. We have a canal front property. I am a avid salt water fisherman from Virginia mostly inshore, flounder, and specks. Would someone please give me some needed tips for fishing in the harbor, we do have a boat. I want to really show them a good time.

Hey Scottb1, i hope you get the help you are seeking.
Im curious as to why you state an "Army Vet needs fishing help" ?, im a navy vet from the same era ,does that give us some kind of special status if asking for fishing help?

I fish colington Harbor, my girlfriends aunt lives there, we go back to the sound and I fish for flounder while she hangs out in the sun.

Like I said on your original post, best bet is to PM (Private Mail, here on the TF board) Bill (HIT N RUN). As noted above, he rarely looks at the VA board (fishes exclusively offshore NC). This shouldn't be this this complicated! No idea if he can help.
