Default You gotta try this Flounder Recipe

Got a great recipe that I tried tonight: boil a few potatoes in some crab boil until almost done. Next chop some bacon bits and get them going in a separate pan. After the bits are crisp, leave them in the pan and sauté some green or red peppers, chopped onions, and chop the potatoes that were boiled and throw them in there too along with some paprika and old bay and a handful of shrimp. Lightly coat a fresh piece of flounder or other mild fish and sauté with some olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Put the fish over top of the potato/onion/pepper/bacon mix and open a cold beer. Bet there are no leftovers

No doubt, a fat kid came up with this recipe. Some things you just can't "teach".
