Wanted to run the 70hp on the skiff I got to work out some bugs. The youngest joined me for the cruise, but ya'll know I always take rods. Ran and ran and still can't figure out my problem, time to take it the mechanic I guess .

Well I told the youngest it was time to go and she said but we haven't even fished yet. Okay I'll check a place close to the ramp for you. Well that place yielded 6 specks 4 flounder and a handful of dink blues. The youngest got 3 fish toward jr. angler as she caught a specks, 2 flounder, and a blue. It was a great 40 minutes. Had stuff to do this evening so we came on in.

Talked to several folks at the ramp and it appears the speck bite is in full swing at all the usual places around the flats and back river. Good luck when you go.
