North Myrtle Beach Fishing Charters Fishing Report

The Trout and Redfish Bite inshore and in the backwaters has continued to be strong and getting better as the days go by. The cooler temps and winter approaching has turned these hard fighting fish on. Most of the Redfish have been within the slot limit, so that is a good thing. There are always a few small ones in the mix as well. Most of the Trout have been in the 14” range with some in the 18” to 20” range too. We are catching around 40 trout day…We have been catching them on live shrimp under crocks and popping crocks. When the bite slows down the Gulp Shrimp and Swimming Mullet on jig heads or popping crocks turns the bite back on… All so using mud minnows and mullet work well to on Carolina rigs. We always have a great time on the water no matter your skill level. The flounder are still around and we are catching them on a regular basis. Lots of keepers which is always nice. We make having fun and catching fish a priority on every trip. You do not have to be an expert, beginners welcome.
