The Saltwater Fly Anglers of Delaware will again have our winter fly tying this year at Lewes Harbor Marina. We will start on Jan 7th at 9 AM and finish about noon. It will be held every saturday morning from Jan 7 till some time near the end of March. Bring your equipment and materials and "Tie a few flies or tell some lies" with us. If you want to learn anything special let us know or bring you things and show us how you do it. If you look back thru the archives you will find the post and pics from the last few years. Hope to see you after the holidays

It weas a very nice morning at Lewes Harbor Marina. We had about 40 guys and a few visitors. It was the first of the year for our fly tying gettogether. Many different types of flies tied and some old and some new faces. Pics coming when I get them out of the camera.
Visitors were a large Parrot that left with out all his feathers. Thanks for the bag of feathers and we will try some more patterns with them. I tied a quick crab fly with the feathers.
Mike Parker from Outdoors Delmarva came buy to see what the club is about and to see the group tying at Lewes Harbor Marina.
Rich King from Surffishing Delaware.
Thanks to all who attended and to all the visitors.

Another good tying session. No pics forgot the camera. We will be there again this saturday but it may be less attended. I will be in Pa with the family and many will be in NJ for the Fly Fishing Show. I am sure many will be there trying out new things or those who do not go to NJ. I hope to make it next week.
