Guys, take it easy - the quote at the end of his post is something a bunch of guys are doing to bring attention to the state's inaction about the commercial poaching of rockfish and oysters.

And, no, I don't know anyone - but the PA outdoor show is next week in Harrisburg, and I'll you'd find some guides there to talk with. Usually a ton of them.
