A guilty verdict on this charge is supposed to come with 30 points which is a 365 day license suspension. of coures his license was already suspended. What happens now?

I thought same as rj - if caught while on suspended license - it was bad news.

Byers should not have been out on the water - just goes to show how little respect some have for the rules.

No surprise why some repeat poachers have 10 , 20 even 30 convictions.

Judges keep handing out fines that are hardly a slap on the wrist.

We need a few judges from Fla. up here. There , fish / game violations carry serious fines and are handed out.

Guess our judges are into catch / release with poachers.
