warm front crappiethon success

Yesterday afternoon I was able to hit one of my favorite spots for crappie.. tight quarters to say the least..
I knew it was going ot be in the high 50's but with a nasty cold front and very cold temps the next few days.. Glad I went becuase the bite was on.. I caught 2 hogs along with 35 other fish. Its was like they were all starving .. The first one was right at 16 1/2 inches the second was just slightlyless.. Sorry I did not actually weigh them but they were fat and heavy.. I got to fish for only 3 hours and it was pretty much nonstop.. I also saw a few other fisherman who were doing pretty well bass fishng and cathin crappie as well. Today its 28 degress .. What a difference a day makes..
