does a reverse cycle heater work in water temps below 45 degrees........its not blowin no warm air at all

I think 40-45 degrees is about is cold as the water temp can be to still be effective.

Yup, 40 is about the temp limit for systems like a cruisair.

Keep in mind to keep the fan on the slower speeds in heat mode. It allows for heat to be drawn from the system when the water temp is a few degrees lower.
