Fredericksburg's best trout fisherman

Is this guy. I stopped by the small pond in downtown Fredericksburg they stock trout in to see if I could catch a few. The mountains have a few inches of snow, rockfish are deep, and the spring creeks too far so this pond would have to do to scratch my fly fishing itch. Power bait guys and fly fish guys were having very little luck but this guy sitting on a log had a good day. I was told he was a local and hangs out at the pond all the time eating VDGIF's finest trout. Five minutes after I took the pics he swallowed it in two gulps.
