Roll call for help at Tri State - Feb 4th

Could use a hand Friday afternoon / evening loading truck up.

Tri State show is one day and often by 1:00 or so , we are cleaning up.

Could use 4-5 to man table , sign up boats , hand out literature , answer questions , etc.

We get there at 7:00 to unload truck and set up.

Doors open around 8:30.

I have the rod holder buckets and need to get them to you before Tristate. I might even be able to help awhile down but I not know until it gets closer.

You better plan on getting there a bit earlier than 7:00 to setup. Doors "officially" open at 7;30 (not 8:30) and there always seems to be a ton of people inside well before 7:30. I think last time we had a table there, we started unloading at 6:00.
