Default OT- Penn Senator 10/0 (116A) rebuild HELP!

OT- Penn Senator 10/0 (116A) rebuild HELP!
Helping a friend of a friend out with his 10/o Senator...
He's handed it off to me but I feel just as clueless at this point.
I've found schematics through scottsB&T.com (Pennparts.com), but they are for the 116L (which is a newer model). Can't seem to find any schematics for the 116A, so I'm worried there may be some slight differences...

The problem is that the reel was taken apart years ago (some items may have been lost?) then reassembled incorrectly. Now when drag is applied, line peels out and the star drag spins backwards losing all drag pressure.
I've taken it appart somewhat to show what is there.
So here is what I have...

You can see the massive stack of of HT-100 Drag washers and metal washers all lined up... Im not sure if that's the correct orientation though. Also, there are 8 carbon washers in the stack when all the schematics only show 7?
The 2 large belleville washers also have me totally confused.... you can see me holding them in the pic.
Again, all the schematics I've seen only show 1 of these washers, but then again I don't know if the 116A was different.

So far here's what I have into the gear casing (2nd pic)...
    drag washers (carbon and metal)
    Tension spring (large belleville washer)
    Spacing Sleeve
    Star Drag
    Handle Spacer
    Handle
    Handle Screw

Does anyone have one of these reels or know how all these parts line up?
Any help will be much appreciated!
