Default Study on migrational patterns of striped bass completed

An excerpt from my hopefully soon to be published scientific study on the subject. Thick green line is the route they apparently take.

That makes no sense. Unless it's a joke that I don't get. According to that they don't come down the coast of MD or the eastern shore of VA.

    Good one Jacksdad!

I notice that they don't go up the Rappahannock at all. I can attest to that fact so far as the big ones are concerned!

Mike sorry wasn't clear enough that it was...sort of....a joke.

Just the product of frustration reading about guys in NJ and VA Beach tearing them up day after day while we Md coast dwellers keep saying 'maybe next week...'

Gotcha....lol. Good one. That was us last year as they bypassed VA and went straight to NC.

What can I say, he got me hook, line, and sinker. I am interested in stuff like that though so I was looking forward to reading the results.

Just poking around today and came upon:

The offshore arrows off NC are surprising.
