Venice this week

I have a buddy who is going to Venice beach next week. ANy reports ? Offshore or Inshore..
He really doesn't care what to catch just wants to know what's going on

Hi Jay! My name is Andy. I use to live on Kent Island. We moved to Venice FL. 12 years ago. Right now it's very cold here. But it's going to be in the 70's in a few days. Just about every week day we hang out at the South Jetty in Venice. Tell your friend to go to the jetty and ask for Andy. He can meet the jetty boys and maybe catch a few fish. We have been catching a few flounder and sheepshead at the jetty. Should be some trout and flounder alonge the beaches sometime in Feb. Can't beat the weather down here, but I miss the Eastern Shore and the Chesapeake Bay, and Delaware Bay. I also miss my girls. they live in Queen Ann. See Ya!

mybuddies name is Jim he said he would come down sometime this eve to see if he could find you... I think he is interested in just meeting you and seeing what how you guys fish.. He is supposed to go on a charter with Oneil rfom Oneil outdoors sometime this week..
But he is like me.. Fishing is a passion no matter if your catchin crappie ( Specks in you Neighborhood) to Dorado ..

Jay, we are at the jetty in the morning from about 7:00 to around 12:00 noon. Then most of the guys are gone. Right now after I write this Pat/wife and I are going to Arcade to eat and gamble. Thanks Jay!
