Rob,
My sister has a place on 28th st on a canal. Her baseboard heaters are not working. I recently installed a new pergo floor for her and didn't have much time to look at the problem but the thermostat doesn't look like it is getting any power. It is the old style mercury thermostat and when I turned it and you normally see that small spark that clicks on the heater, there was no spark. The wiring to the baseboard heaters looks fine to me. I think it may just be a bad circuit breaker on the panel. She is down there this weekend and is just using space heaters but I told her that I would see if I could find someone to come take a look at it for her.
